Why book a strategy call?

It is rare to take time dedicated to your individual company goals. We discuss your current office culture, road blocks and create a realistic plan. You leave with new found awareness and begin your journey to optimum living through diet, exercise, mindset, and positive habits. Available in-person, on-line, or by phone. $300 includes 6 weekly, consecutive 45min coaching sessions and the following:

Weekly assignments: self-care, nutrition, meditation, movement, etc.

Weekly text and accountability support.

Weekly handouts, recipes, and info. specific to your goals.

Weekly reminders to keep you connected to your goals.

What happens in a session.

Each session is based on your individual needs. After asking questions and getting to know your needs, we’ll identify your goals and set up your week for success. Most of my programs incorporate a combination of meditation, movement, and other tools to help you reach your goals. Click here for a sample session agenda.

Why am I a health coach?

My upbringing, education, perspective, and talent give me the tools to help you create long term positive shifts physically, mentally, emotionally, financially, and spiritual. I believe in you!

Why 3 months?

All good things take time and IT WORKS! IIN has been teaching this program for 30 years and it has been proven that it takes 3-6 months to create real change and develop lifetime habits. We will go through every emotion together, the struggles and the successes.

What makes me different?

My intuition, love for movement, and nerd for data. I have a unique ability to see my clients just as they are without judgement and create effective health plans for the individual.

I LOVE TO MOVE! All of it: walk, run, jump, climb, paddle, bike, swim, hike, dance, and cartwheel. We find creative movement so exercise is fun!

I am results driven and keep you on track. I hold you so accountable you can’t fail (unless you stop trying).

What is a health coach?

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach I am a motivator who provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. My main value is creating a clear, realistic plan and holding you accountable. As an outside resource and expert, I see things differently.
